Appeals Procedure
Appeals Procedure
Our appeals process ensures transparency and allows for a fair review of any verification outcomes.
The Measured Entity has the right to appeal against the verification results reflected in the Verification Report and Scorecard within 7 working days of receipt, by completing the CAD form.
Once an appeal is lodged, the administrator will notify the Verification Manager, who will assign an independent person familiar with the area affected by the appeal.
The assigned person will acknowledge receipt to the client, investigate the matter, and resolve the appeal within 30 days of assignment.
A findings report will then be sent to the Measured Entity.
Any amended Scorecard, Verification Report, and Certificate resulting from the appeal will be issued to the Measured Entity.
Complaints Procedure
Complaints Procedure
Our complaints procedure ensures that any concerns about the conduct of the verification process are addressed promptly and fairly.
If the Measured Entity is dissatisfied with the behaviour or conduct of personnel involved in the verification process, they may lodge a complaint.
Complaints must be submitted within 10 days of the incident, using the CAD form.
The Verification Manager will appoint an independent person who was not involved in the incident.
The assigned person will acknowledge receipt of the complaint, investigate, and issue the findings report within 10 days of assignment.
The seriousness of the behaviour or conduct will be assessed. If negligence is found, disciplinary action will be considered.
