Our verification process comprises four key stages: client take-on, pre-site meeting, on-site verification, and certification.

Client Take-On
- The verification process begins once the quotation is accepted and a 50% deposit is paid.
- Fees are calculated based on the time spent by directors and staff, the level of skill and responsibility involved, and factors such as entity size, sites of operation, black ownership, number of employees, and overall complexity.
- A Verification Plan, detailing all required documentation, is provided to the measured entity, and the verification team is confirmed.
Pre-Site Meeting
- Technical queries, general requirements, and verification timeframes are discussed.
- This meeting also provides enhanced B-BBEE knowledge per element.
- All required evidence and supporting documents are reviewed.
On-Site Verification
- Clear communication is essential, as B-BBEE verification is an interdependent process.
- During the on-site verification, interviews are conducted, sampling is inspected, and additional documentation is considered.
Certification Stage
- The analyst communicates the preliminary scorecard status, after which the Technical Signatory reviews the file.
- The Technical Signatory may request further information or clarification. Once all queries are resolved, the B-BBEE Certificate is signed off.
- The final invoice is issued to the measured entity.
- The B-BBEE Certificate and relevant reports are delivered to the measured entity.
